Mildred gave Montag away

Beatty made Montag burn down his own house

Montag doesn't take responsibilty of his own actions he blames it on his hands like they arent his own hands

Montag murdered Beatty with the flame thrower... This creates more feeling as to if he would've stabbed him with a knife or shot him with a gun

He also kills the Mechanical Hound with the flame gun after it injures Montag 

"look at the mess, where's the mop" stating Montag can not fix what he did... he almost regrets what he did

He realizes Beatty did want to die, he did not try to save himself

He run towards Faber's house

He thinks about Clarisse and who could of killed her

He meets Faber again realizing he is not dead
